Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Windsor charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
Interior remodel to existing shower room facilities at the Michigan State Police Training Academy. Areas of work include: Men's Locker Room showers (First Floor) - Replace shower heads and controls and add shower stalls with drying areas to the existing shower room. Rework and provide new floor and wall tile where required. Install with new light fixtures. Provide Alternate to add 4 additional stalls within the existing drying area. Women's Locker Room Showers (Second Floor) - Replace surface mounted shower head and control assemblies and add shower stalls with drying areas to the existing shower room. Install with new light fixtures. Dormitory Shower Rooms (Third - Seventh Floors) - Demolish existing shower rooms including ceiling in their entity and replace with newly designed layout including five new shower stalls with new controls (3rd floor to only receive four shower stalls, one being ADA). Install with new gypsum board hard lid ceiling, and new wall and floor tile provided with new shower controls and heads, and light fixtures. Provide Alternate to replace existing vertical sanitary piping between floors 2 through 7. Accepting questions until: September 7, 2022 5:00 pm
