The City of Sunnyvale is seeking proposals from licensed Engineering firms to provide professional services for planning, design permitting support, and engineering services during bidding and construction support for capital improvements at the Donald M. Somers Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) for the Master Plan Update Project (Project 0.3) and Cogeneration Upgrade Project (Project 5.1), including the following areas: The scope of work generally includes preparation of planning, conceptual design, preliminary design, design development, bid documents, and bidding/construction/commissioning support for Public Works competitive bidding. Bid Bond None Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
