Synopsis: The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington is issuing this Solicitation. The government requires performance of the work described in the attached documents and the description below Provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and material to support vegetation removal and the installation of floating bird balls, risers and handrails on Joint Base Lew isMcChord-Main, and McCord Airfield, WA in accordance with the statement of work, specifications and drawings, and contract documents. Set Aside Status: This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code for the project is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 million. Project Magnitude: The magnitude of this project is more than $25,000 and less than $100,000. This solicitation is a Request for Bid. As a result, there will be a contract award. The MICC JBLM is seeking responses from interested small business firms with current and relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capabilities necessary to perform the work described in the attached Statement of work (SOW). See the attached SOW and Technical Exhibits (TEs) for more details. EVALUATION FACTORS: 1. All communications must be done via email to include the site visit RSVP, solicitation questions/comments, and quote submission to the following POCs: Jenny A. Cisneros Timothy E. Quoters shall submit their quotes in Adobe Portable Document (PDF), Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel format. PDF files shall be searchable and shall allow the Government to copy and paste as text to another document. 5. A site visit is scheduled for 14 September 2022 at 10:00 AM PDT. Interested attendees are asked to meet at Joint Base Lewis-Main Post Exchange, at Starbucks, then proceed to the retention Pond. The follow on site will be on McChord, location J020. This will be the only site visit conducted; requests for additional site visits will be denied. 29 Potential vendors must be register with Jenny Cisneros no later than 11:00 AM PDT on 12 September 2022. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE.
