Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote number F3QCAM. This number is for tracking purposes only. This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238210. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $16.5M. This combined/synopsis solicitation is related to the acquisition of 22 Electrical outlets installation Firm Fixed Price Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead stationery and must include the following information: (1) Cost Breakdown, (2) Unit Price, (3) Extended Price, (4) Total Price, (5) Payment Terms, (6) Discount offered for prompt payment, (7) Delivery timeframe, (8) Company DUNS and Cage Code. Submit signed and dated offers to the office specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. Offers may be submitted on an SF 1449, letterhead stationery, or as otherwise specified in the solicitation. Offers must be valid for at least (60) days. At a minimum, offers must show -- (1) The solicitation number; (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers; (3) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; (4) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items Addendum: Paragraph (c) of the basic clause is tailored as follows: Changes in the terms and conditions of this contract may be made only by written agreement of the parties with the exception of administrative changes such as paying office, appropriation data etc., which may be changed unilaterally by the Government. 252.209-7993 Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law-Fiscal Year 2014 Appropriations. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes.
