Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for Red Line Extension Project - Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Ordinary Demolition - Job Order Contracting Services. Any contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to a financial assistance between the Chicago Transit Authority, the United States Department of Transportation and the Illinois Department of Transportation.
