Provide Labor and Materials: 1. Replace asphalt on the west staff parking lot 2. Asphalt a. Area is on the west side of the school by the staff entrance. b. Asphalt to cover no more than 8,000 sq. ft. c. Contractor to remove existing asphalt and haul away. d. Install 1 1/2 " binder course and 1 1/2 " surface course. e. Add CA-6 stone as needed to provide proper pitch and drainage. f. Match existing parking lot layout with striping. 3. Contractor to ensure that slopes exist to maintain proper drainage pattern. 4. Move parking stops as needed to perform work and put them back in place when work is completed. 5. Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all before placing bid. 6. Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 7. Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on i.32 12 16 ASPHALT PAVING ii.31 23 23 ACCEPTANCE OF BACKFILL, TOP SOIL & CU STRUCTURAL SOIL 8. Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 9. If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, replace and/or repair as necessary. 10. All questions/requests must be received 2 business days, prior to bid closing. 11. All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representative to complete in an agreed upon timeframe. 12. Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris and excess mortar. 13. All trash must be removed offsite by vendor and area left clean.
