Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for Red Line Extension Project - Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Ordinary Demolition - Job Order Contracting Services. All attendees must register for the Pre-Proposal Meeting and Diversity Outreach Event RRq After registering, the Zoom link and telephone number will be emailed. Any contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to a financial assistance between the Chicago Transit Authority, the United States Department of Transportation and the Illinois Department of Transportation. The contractor will be required to furnish certified copies of any and all Insurance Policies required in relation to this contract prior to CTA's execution. Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and Affirmative Action requirements of the Federal Transit Administration and the Illinois Human Rights Commission. Contractor will be required to certify that their firm is not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors. Chicago Transit Authority hereby gives notice that it will affirmatively ensure that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise will be afforded full opportunity to submit responses to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for an award.
