The City of Gunnison is requesting proposals from qualified applicants for a landscaping project at 11th and Quartz in Gunnison, Colorado Proposals should include the following: Summary of pricing for each line item the attached bid form. Timeline stipulating when you would be able to mobilize, begin the project, and when the project would be completed. Three client references The City will accept questions on the Request for Proposal (RFP) until 5:00pm on August 29, 2022. Submit questions in writing to Dan Vollendorf, Parks and Recreation Director, at dvollendorf@gunnisonco.gov or to the Gunnison Recreation Department, 200 East Spencer, Gunnison, CO 81230. Responses, clarifications, and addendums will be available by Tuesday, August 30th at 2:00pm. Copies of the RFP are located at the Gunnison Community Center. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. The finalist must be willing to consent to a background check.
