Site work for a civil project in Otis, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work for Culvert Replacement on Reservoir Road Remove and replace eight spans of 12", one span of 30" roadway cross culverts and install one yard drain. Blacktop is to be saw cut to remove existing culverts and compacted during backfilling of replacements. Backfill material will consist of original material if functional or 3/4 " Dense Grade Crushed Stone. Road crossings are to be topped level with 3"s of 1/2 " HMA Binder. Culverts, Catch Basin, & Environmental permitting will be provided by the town. Traffic control shall be provided by the contractor. Prevailing wage applies as per M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27F and a wage schedule is included in the specifications.
