PROJECT DESCRIPTION To expand and improve simulation experiences, LCC has secured funding for a Simulation Lab Improvement Project for our Nursing department to include one pediatric and two adult high-fidelity human patient simulators (including vendor training, simulation scenarios, and warranty), a Pyxis station, and renovations to expand to two bays with two simulation control rooms to increase capacity. There is proximately 256 square feet of floor space considered for renovation. This is a Design/Bid/Build project with a construction budget of approximately $75,000 The award period for this Documented Quote is the effective date of the purchase order through 6/30/2023, contingent upon funds being appropriated, budgeted and otherwise made available and all bid requirements being satisfied. CDPS shall give a certified SDVOSB a 3% preference in response to this DQ.
