Site work for a mixed-use development in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will require providing and installing 4 each - 2 wire irrigation controllers and all necessary components to include 2 wire irrigation decoders controlling at total of 22 irrigation zones using existing automatic control valves. Project will include connecting bldg. 29 to existing irrigation main. Project will include wiring in irrigation section at bldg. 9 to existing control box. Project will include installing a total of 9 moisture sensors, 5 to existing control boxes and 4 to contractor provided and installed control boxes. A site walk through on 9/02/22 at 10am is requested prior to placing a quote. RFI's should be submitted by 9/07/22. All quotes should be submitted by 9/16/22 at 2PM CST. Late quotes will not be considered. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5M. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for SDVOSB.
