The Board of Trustees of the Highland Park ISD is requesting competitive sealed proposals to hire a Construction Manager at Risk(CMAR) for the construction, renovation and improvements to various District facilities including, without limitation: a new Elementary School/Day Care; a new City Facility; a new Park/Soccer Field Complex; a new Softball/Baseball Field Complex; and, fencing, roadway, and drainage improvements The District Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Irregularities or Informalities as District May Deem in Its Best Interest Projects o New CATE facility Approximately 80,000 SF Building Dirt Work/Landscaping/Parking Lot/Lighting for CTE o New Elementary School/Daycare Approximately 40,000 SF Dirt Work/Landscaping/Parking Lot/Lighting o New Softball/Baseball Fields o New Park/Soccer Field o New Main Roadways and Utilities 6 miles of roadway curbs & sidewalks Sewer, Lift Station Water, Gas, Electric, Fiber o Fencewall/Loop Barrier o Roadway Landscaping and Drainage
