This requirement is being solicited as a WOSB Set-Aside and will result in a FFP ID/IQ contract. The designated NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard $39.5M. A Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Period of Performance (POP) will be indicated on an individual task order level. The magnitude of the construction for the seed project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Magnitude of construction will be determined at the task order level, but will not exceed $1,000,000.00. PPQ forms are due by 12 September 2022, NLT 2:00 PM CST. A site visit will be conducted for the seed project on 7 September 2022 at 10:00 AM CST. All interested parties must complete site visit registration from and return to 7CONS.Team.SourceSelection@us.af.mil, no later than 31 August 2022. Electronic RFPs are required. RFPs are due no later than 23 September 2022 at 2:00 CST. All prices shall be valid for 180 days after the proposal due date. Notice to Offers: Funds are not available for the seed project. Award under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Wage Determinations: All Davis Bacon wage rates will be specific to each subsequent task order under this contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
