The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana is soliciting bids for the purpose of the completion of a 50,000 square foot CDL driving range on the Hope campus located at 2500 S. Main, Hope, AR 71802-0140. The project area has been stripped and roughly graded in preparation for the work. The required services of a licensed contractor to complete the project include:
1. Finish grading preparation for new gravel surface
2. Removal of excess remaining asphalt and topsoil
3. Furnish pelletized quick lime to stabilize the 50,000 square foot area with 40 lbs/sy
4. Furnish, install, and compact eight (8) inches of AR DOT Class 7 Base
5. Furnish Payment and Performance Bond for full amount of contract
6. Furnish seeding around exposed edges to prevent erosion Bidder shall be required to furnish and/or supply all materials, parts, equipment, or codes necessary for accomplish any and all tasks required to service the units or systems by this contract. This IFB is issued by the Business Office at UAHT. The Procurement Technician is the sole point of contact during this process. Only written communication is considered formal and can be supported throughout this process.
