Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in River Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 15 the project was awarded to Forefront Construction , no awarded amount available. The project generally includes the construction of a 4-inch sidewalk along the north side of 400 South from the 400 East to 600 East adjacent to the back of curb and restoring any disturbed surfaces including roadways, existing sidewalks, and landscaping. It is the Contractor's responsibility to walk the project and become familiar with the conditions of the project site. Bid security, which must be on the Bid Bond form provided with the Construction Documents or on approved Bid Bond documents provided by the Bonding Agency, in the amount of the bid, made payable to River Heights City, shall accompany the bid. A certified or cashier's check may be used for the bid bond. River Heights City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid.
