As of October 26,2023, project was awarded to Staker Parson Companies but awarded amount is not available. South, rotomill, asphalt overlay, and striping. The project extends for approximately 280-ft along 700 South in River Heights City. Bids will be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Forsgren Associates (435) 227-0333. Bid security, which must be on the Bid Bond form provided with the Construction Documents or on approved Bid Bond docu- ments provided by the Bonding Agency, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to River Heights City, shall accompany the bid. A certified or cashier's check may be used for the bid bond. River Heights City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid.
