Site work for a water / sewer project in River Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of December 19, 2023, project was awarded to 3XL Construction Inc. in the total amount of $325,299.35.** Questions regarding bid, please contact Sadie Boyer at sadie.boyer@loganutah.org. The right is reserved by the City of Logan to reject any or all bids. During the Bidding period, all questions pertaining to the project or bid shall be submitted in writing by November 22, 2023 @ 5:00 p.m. to sadie.boyer@loganutah.org. Construction of the waterline will require coordination with the Logan City Project Manager. City crews will be constructing new sidewalk, curb and gutter. In order to be efficient in our work we only have the contractor replacing part of the asphalt they are removing to do the waterline. Please see plan sheet C-300 to see which areas the contractor will be responsible for. A Bid Bond, or Cashier's Check for 5% of Bid, Payable to City of Logan, Must Accompany Each Bid, Along With a Proposed Schedule for Construction Completion. Upon Awarding of The Bid, a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond Will Be Required for 100% of Any Bid Which Exceeds $5,000.
