Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a library in Byesville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a 993-square-foot, one-story above grade library; for the demolition of a library; for the renovation of a 4,266-square-foot, one-story above grade library; and for site work for a library.
As of January 3, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Sealed bids will be received by the Guernsey County District Public Library Board of Trustees as provided in this notice for the Byesville Branch Library Addition and Renovation Project.. All questions should be addressed James Shook at jshook@hbmarchitects.com by the deadline in the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
