Renovation of a water / sewer project in Franklintown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Project includes demolition of existing and installation of new water treatment equipment. Demolition generally includes an existing steel treatment tank, removal of existing pumps and electrical equipment and small room. Upgrade generally includes furnish and installation of new piping, pump controls, instrumentation, communication equipment, generator, and refurbishment of the building interior. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages and Public Works Employment Verification Act and Commonwealth Financing Authority conditions of the Contract. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/25/2022 9:00 PM Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Authority through PennBid. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Authority. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in in bids received.
