The Project is Generally Described as Lift Station and Headworks Construction Including E-building, Grit Removal Equipment, Mechanical and Manual Bar Screen, Grit Classifier, Generator, and All Controls Associated With the Equipment.This contract is for the Contractor related permitting, construction, testing, start-up, and warranty work The Town Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Minor Irregularities; Reject Any and All Bids Which Are Incomplete, Conditional, Obscure, or Which Contain Additions Not Allowed for; Accept or Reject Any Bids in Whole or in Part With or Without Cause; and Accept the Bid Which Best Serves the Interests of the Town.
