The City is seeking the design services of a Massachusetts licensed civil engineering and planning firm to provide designs, specifications and construction oversight services through the design development, development of construction documents, bidding phase, construction, and closeout phases of this project. The Estimated Construction Cost (ECC) of the project is Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00). The design fee is to be a set fee, not to exceed Ten Percent (10%) of the total ECC.
