The Project includes the following Work: The FEMA funded Lively Run Stream Improvements project is located in the Village of Interlaken, Seneca County NY. The project work area consists of work along one side of approximately 450' of stream length leading into Cayuga Lake. The primary goal of the project is to rebuild and reinforce the previously installed stream protections to endure higher level storm events. This includes installation of J-hooks, Rock Veins, stream bed restoration, slope reinforcing and reconstruction of a stacked stone wall to better protect the stream from large storm events. Bids are requested for the following Contract: General Construction- Single Contract All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty five (45) days after the date of opening, but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids.
