services to remove, evaluate and repair a 200 horsepower, vertical-shaft, Peerless Pump. Services include: Remove all down-hole components including existing drive shaft, discharge head assembly, column pipe, and bowl assembly. Inspect drive shaft, discharge head assembly, column pipe, and bowl assembly. Replace existing drive shaft, discharge head assembly, column pipe, and bowl assembly. Disinfect and install components and reassemble pump. Test backwash performance to confirm proper operation. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
