Mackenzie House is High Level, Alberta was built in 2018 and obtained occupancy July 2020. The two north wings are seniors' self-contained units and south wings are currently seniors' lodges (SL2). This renovation is being completed for the purposes of converting the main southwest wing to a dementia care wing (DSL4D) and the remaining units in the southeast wing to be converted to SL 3 level of care. The second floor southwest and southeast wings to be converted to SL4 from SL2 level of care.
