The location of services to be performed is the Reagan Memorial Tolway (1-88) between Mile Post 115.4 EB and Mile Post 120.3 WB in DuPage County and Kane County, Illinois. The scope of the work shall consist of the Installation of two (2) VVVIM stations. the installation of new conduit, power conductors, and fiber optic cables, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) during constriction activities, and civil site improvements. Bidders may be required to be pre-qualified by the Ilinois Department of Transportation (IDOl). Joint Ventures shall be limited to no more than three (3) individually IDOT pre-qualified members. ithaters are also required to be registered. or submit evidence of apptication, with the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) There are NO EXCEPTIONS. A completed Questionnaire and a statement of current Contractual obigations on forms supplied by the Ilfinois Totway will be required from the apparent low bidder once the apparent low tickler is determined. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount shown in the bid for the Wind. The Bid Guaranty shall be in the form of an acceptable bid bond or a bank draft. certified check or cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank made payable to the Ilinois State Toll Highway Authority. Award of the above contract, if any award be made, wai be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders.
