The undersigned hereby proposes to furnish to the Board of Water Works Trustees of the Des Moines Water Works, the estimated requirement of Aluminum Chloride Hydroxide Sulfate CAS#393290-78-3, of 73,392 pounds for the year 2023. This aluminum chloride hydroxide sulfate will be used as part of the pretreatment for the ultrafiltration membrane system of the municipal water supply. The undersigned hereby states this product meets or exceeds the latest revision of AWWA Standard and is ANSI/NSF 60 approved for use in potable water. DMWW reserves the right to conduct any test/inspection it may deem advisable to assure goods and services conform to the specifications. Approximately 73,392 pounds will be delivered to: Saylorville Water Treatment Plant 6500 NW 26th Street Des Moines, IA 50313 Vendors delivering to the Saylorville Water Treatment Plant need to provide weight scale tickets for truck and trailer. Suppliers shall provide their quote F.O.B. point of destination as listed above. The price quotation shall be a firm price per pound of the delivered product. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. A minimum of one hour's notice shall be given to Des Moines Water Works prior to the delivery, 515-283-8740. Des Moines Water Works will only guarantee a maximum of five (5) days notice prior to a delivery date Bill of ladings for all deliveries must be e-mailed to phoenix@dmww.com with seal numbers noted prior to delivery of product at Des Moines Water Works. All drivers must call our guard station 1 hour prior to delivery 515-283-8740. SDS and Certificate of Analysis must be delivered with the load.
