Project Summary: This solicitation is for the pre-purchase of equipment and material only (listed below) for an upcoming project located at the SDMC Southeast High School Campus. THIS IS A SEALED BID PROJECT for any bid over $25,000. Owner reserves the right to direct purchase material for tax savings purposes. Sales tax shall be included with bids, but the value identified for the Owner. Phased Project Start: The mechanical equipment and material for this bid packages will need to be delivered per below in order to meet completion date. Masonry/ CMU January 4, 2023 Roof Membrane/ ISO June 5, 2023 HVAC Equipment June 21, 2023 Electrical Switchgear/ Panels June 22, 2023 Other Information: All bidders not currently approved with Tandem will be required to complete a pre-qualification application and meet requirements of contracting with Tandem Construction. Minority business participation is encouraged.
