**As of October 19, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as the COLD SPRING 2022 CONCRETE STREET PROGRAM Checks to be made payable to Bayer Becker. Each bidder is required to submit with his proposal a bid bond or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The successful bidder will be required to have a current occupational license in the City of Cold Spring before the Contract will be awarded. Proposals must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein. It is the intent and requirements of the City that this project be completed no later than JUNE 30, 2023. The Board of Council of the City of Cold Spring, Kentucky, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Failure to complete the project within the agreed time frame shall subject the Contractor to liquidated damages of $500.00 per day.
