**As of March 29, 2023 this project has been awarded to Riegler Blacktop with bid amount of $541,992.10** Each bidder is required to submit with his proposal a bid bond or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The successful bidder will be required to have a current occupational license in the City of Cold Spring before the Contract will be awarded. Proposals must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein. It is the intent and requirements of the City that this project be completed no later than AUGUST 31, 2023. The Board of Council of the City of Cold Spring, Kentucky, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
