The East Ascension Consolidated Gravity Drainage District #1 (EACGDD #1) and Ascension Parish Government (Parish) is soliciting qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms that will involve surveying and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services to support the EACGDD #1 and the Parish Department of Public Works as outlined in the RFQ Scope of Services (Section 1.3) in compliance with all Federal and State Regulations. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via purchasing@apgov.us by 4:00 PM on September 08, 2022. The Parish shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit an RFQ due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet. The Parish reserves the right to disqualify any responses to Bids, Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.
