Bleachers and Press Box Hoopeston Area CUSD #11 815 Orange Street Hoopeston, Vermilion County, Illinois. The project consists of new Bleachers and Press Box at the Hoopeston HE rootball Field bleacher site. The owner will handle demolition and concrete work. Prevailing wages in accordance with Vermillion County is required. Bid security is required, in the form of a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid as guarantee that the bid will not be withdrawn within 3Q days after the date of opening of bids, and tnat the successful bidder will enter into a Contract for the work awarded to them. Bid security shall be made payable to Hoopeston Area CUSD #11.
