22-24735-01A 22018 The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals and waive informalities. Bids will be received for single prime construction contract. Bidders should clearly indicate on the outside of the bid envelope "Bid Proposal for: Crane Electrical Building Utility Improvements, Port of Wilmington" and their NC General Contractor's License Number. Provide all associated site work, utilities, electrical site utilities, for the Crane Electrical Building Utility Improvements. Work includes the installation of a new grinder pump station with installation of sanitary sewer forcemain including horizontal directional drill and limited open cut through asphalt and grassed areas from new pump station to existing SSMH #W-47. A water service line from the existing 6" waterline to the building with appurtenances is included in the scope. New electrical service to pump station and connection to building. New exhaust fan and heater, including fittings and connections. Furnish and install all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the complete and proper site, utility, and electrical scope for the Crane Electrical Building Utility Improvements on the North Carolina State Ports Authority property at the Port of Wilmington.
