Vine Rd Recon: KBG Rd to Hollywood Rd & HSIP: Vine Rd at Hollywood Rd Design The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services is seeking professional design services to provide bid ready plans, specifications, and a construction cost estimate for a project at the Bethel Youth Facility to refurbish two sewage lift stations, complete, and replace with new a 400 pressurized sewer discharge line crossing an active dedicated street ROW to the adjacent Department of Corrections facility. Consultants to provide a detailed description of services they provide and a workflow sequence for the project. Consultants are encouraged to include items that are felt necessary for this flow of the project to be clearly demonstrated. If requested a site visit can be arranged. Deliverables to include : 1. Design services with 65% review. 2. Bid ready plans, specifications, and cost estimate (PS&E) 3. Bidding assistance and Construction Administration to be negotiated on a Time Expense basis. 4.
