The specifications will be given to the contractors upon payment of $100.00 non-refundable to Roy Consultants at 3655 Principale Street, Tracadie NB E1X 1E2. Each bid must be accompanied by a security bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the Village of Bertrand. The procedure for this call for tenders is that established by Regulation 82-109 made under the "Crown Construction Contracts Act" of the Province of New Brunswick, as amended. Each bid must be accompanied by a security bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the Village of Bertrand. Neither the lowest nor any of the tenders will necessarily be accepted.
