CENTRAL AVENUE SIDEWALK EXTENSION - GROVE TO OPAL Project Description: The project consists of constructing 850+/- linear feet of new six-foot wide sidewalk, including one ADA ramp and eight driveways along the south side of E. Central Avenue, from east of Grove Lane and to Opal Street. Additional forms disclosing first tier subcontractors are due by 4:00 p.m. Address Technical Questions to: Erik Ranger Bidders are not required to be pre-qualified to submit bids on this project. Bidders must be licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and comply with City of Sutherlin Municipal Code. The resulting public works contract is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. No bid will be considered unless the bid contains a statement that the bidder will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.840 (Prevailing Wage Rates).
