The Village of Forest Hill seeks proposals from qualified contractors to sell and to install an Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) System for Water & Gas Utilities. The Village of Forest Hill will obtain a system which provides the best long-term value over the system's lifetime. A proposer should be a licensed or certified distributor for a single proprietary brand of the different components of the system (one manufacturer if possible) including the water and gas endpoints, water meters, gas meters, meter reading equipment and meter software.
