As of January 26, 2026, the project was awarded to C3 ENVIRONMENTAL SVCS LLC but the awarded amount is not available. This solicitation is to establish an Agency Term Contract to furnish the printing and mailing of the Louisiana Market Bulletin for the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF), for a one year period beginning February 15, 2026 or date of award, whichever is later. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be renewed for two additional 12 month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed 36 months. Instructions to bidders include: - Vendors must register in the LaGov vendor system if not already registered, and include a W-9 if newly registered. - All documents associated with the solicitation should be included in the bid submission, including Attachment A - Special Terms and Conditions, Attachment B - Specifications, and Attachment C - Price Sheets. - The Contractors' License Number in the appropriate classification must appear on the bid opening envelope for projects in the amount of $10,000 or more (and $1.00 or more if hazardous materials are involved).
