Renovation of a water / sewer project in Forest Hill, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This solicitation is for the Installation of a new Submersible Motor for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) located Booker Fowler Fish Hatchery, 10 Joan Stokes Road, Forest Hill, LA 71430. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications. The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials in order to replace a three phase 20 HP submersible pump, submersible motor, and all other materials needed to pull water from a fish hatcherys ground well for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) as per Attachment C - Specifications. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashiers check) must be included with the bidders submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation. Failure to do so shall eliminate your bid from consideration. Please refer to Attachment A - Special Terms and Conditions page 4 for complete details of this requirement.
