The Chuckey Utility District will receive separate sealed bids for the construction of A Water Line Replacement Project on Stone Dam Road Greene County ARP Funding The work to be bid on is as follows: Replacement of Existing Water Lines with 12 and 8 Ductile Iron Pipe. The allotted time for construction is 270 Calendar Days. Any bidder, upon returning the contract documents within 10 days after BID opening and in good condition, will be refunded his/her payment, and any non-bidder upon returning the Contract Documents will be refunded $ 0.00. This Project is being Funded by the Greene County ARP Funds. The Owner reserves the right to waiver any informalities or reject all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the submittal thereof.
