ALL services described below are subject to prevailing wage rates and laws. The City understands contractors might have one or more area of expertise and qualifications for the following service areas. However, the City will review multi-faceted and specialty (single service) contractors equally and independently in order to select firms that can best provide services in each landscape maintenance service area described below to the Public Works Maintenance Operations Division. The City intends to award multiple service agreements but does not guarantee a specific number to be awarded. City does not guarantee a specific amount of work to successful bidders.
