Site work and paving for a road / highway in Huntington Beach, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project will rehabilitate approximately 110 residential streets in Maintenance Zone 2. Maintenance Zone 2 is located in the central area of the city and generally includes streets north of Ellis Avenue, east of Springdale Street, south of Warner Avenue, and West of Beach Boulevard. Work will include limited localized pavement repairs, crack sealing, tapered edge milling, full width cold mill, and new asphalt overlay. The contract shall allow the Contractor 70 working days to complete the contract. The Notice of Proceed will be issued no later than Monday, March 3, 2025 and the working days will commence for this project. There are some constraints with paving coordination to provide parking access for the residents and to work around schools in sessions. The AGENCY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity and to take all bids under advisement for a maximum period of 60 days.
