Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Petoskey, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Petoskey is seeking purchasers for a scattered-site property it owns. The goal of the City is to have new workforce housing construction on this parcel. An approximately 9,000 square foot lot (100' x 91') just south of West Sheridan Street, with an approximately 44 foot electric utility easement along the south side. The lot is within the I-2 General Industrial Zoning District that allows single and multiple family residential. The lot slopes down toward the river, is adjacent to City property to the east and could potentially hold a three-unit structure. The lot does not currently have laterals but utilities are in proximity Questions or clarifications on the information needed, or regarding zoning regulations should be directed to the Petoskey City Planner at 347-2500 or cityplanner@petoskey.us. The City of Petoskey Reserves the Right to (1) Reject Any and All Proposals; (2) Waive Any Errors or Irregularities in the Rfp Process or in Any Proposal; (3) Re-advertise the Rfq/rfp; and/or Defer or Abandon the Property Sale
