LTBB receives funding to provide affordable housing to the LTBB Community Members. As a function of these funds, Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB) has over thirty rental units located within the Tribal Boundaries that the LTBB Housing Department is responsible for managing and providing upkeep and repairs. One of those units is located at 1431 US 31 in Petoskey Michigan and LTBB is soliciting proposals to clear trees and shrubs away from home. A. Must work with LTBB Housing to schedule prior to work starting. B. Provide equipment and supplies to complete project. C. All work shall be in accordance with state, local and tribal building codes and standards. D. Erect safety barriers and signage to cordon off work area for safety. E. Remove all trees (including stumps) and shrubs within 20' of home. F. Clean up and Remove all debris from property. Hual away and dispose of properly. G. Grade and Level disturbed any areas and reseed. H. Responsible for any damages that may occur during removal. Provisions governing this ITB.
