Renovation of a mixed-use development in Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to secure firm net pricing for Pre-Cast Concrete Modular Restroom Units for the contract period as specified herein. Contractor will manufacture, deliver and set-in place these units at various locations throughout the Pinellas County School District (District). Units are to be in accordance with Florida State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 2014, Florida Building Code (FBC) current edition, Florida Administrative Code Rule 61-41, (NFPA) 101 2015 edition and applicable Florida Statutes. Contractor will be required to supply a signed and sealed approved drawings in accordance with the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR). The Largo Administration Building is now a secured building effective December 1, 2015 and visitor procedures have changed. Inform the officer at the front desk that you have a bid to be delivered to the Purchasing Department. The officer will call Purchasing and someone from the department will come to the front desk to date and time stamp your bid and provide a receipt. This process may take several minutes, so please allow sufficient time when hand delivering a bid submittal.
