Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
The purpose of this Scope of Work is to provide protection to the First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks building, in Largo, Pinellas County, Florida, funded through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) DR-4337-485-R, as approved by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (Division) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The project is for the purchase and installation of an emergency generative power system to reduce and/or mitigate the damage that might otherwise occur from severe weather or other hazards. LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: 12/15/2023 at 4:00 P.M. All questions or inquiries must be received no later than the last day for questions (reference ITB & Respondent's Acknowledgement form). Any addenda or other modification to the ITB documents will be issued by Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue five (5) days prior to the date and time of closing, as a written addenda distributed to all prospective Respondents by posting on Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue's website CONTRACT TERM- The effective date of this contract will be upon execution of the contract by both parties and shall extend to January 31 st, 2025.
