The City of La Vergne, TN is seeking bids for construction of the Public Works and Community Development Services facility. The project consists of furnishing labor, material, services, and equipment for fabrication, delivery, and erection of work as identified in the Contract Documents prepared by Lambe + Associates, LLC dated January 22, 2023. Specific work includes construction of a new Public Works and Community Development Services facility totaling approximately 68,500 sf. Interior work to include service bays for the Public Works Department, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and toilet spaces for the Community Development Departments. Exterior work to include parking lots, fuel island, wash bay, storage sheds, and bulk material storage bins. The City of La Vergne reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City of La Vergne will not discriminate in the purchase of all goods and services on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or any other lawfully protected classification.
