“The owner has selected Rockford Construction as Construction Manager. The project is expected to start construction in June of 2023 and will end on August of 2024.” Construction Management services for the HVAC Upgrade Projects at (3) three district elementary schools. Scope will include replacing boilers, upgrading, and providing new HVAC system installations, lighting, new ceilings, and other architectural modifications to support the MEP scope all in order to improve indoor air quality and overall learning environments.
