As of December 21, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Painting of all surfaces identified on the drawings, patching of all holes not used, taking wall mounted items down, moving furniture, boxes, and other items in the room to allow for access or personnel and equipment for painting activities and moving all items to their original location and remounting all wall mounted items before leaving for the day. All non-painted items are to be protected. LEIN CHECK (Dept. of Corrections ONLY) All contractor/vendor representatives attending a Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting must submit a Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request five business days prior to the meeting date, (See the attached Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request form). Send the LEIN Request form, filled out and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith at email address: SmithD76@michigan.gov. The email "Subject" must include (Facility Name, Project Name, Date & Time of Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting). NOTE: An individual is only permitted to represent one bidder at a mandatory walk-through.
