Site work and paving for a civil project in Luzerne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Swale and Inlet Repairs for Luzerne County Road and Bridge. The County of Luzerne is an equal opportunity employer The intent of this project is to cost effectively complete swale alignment, drainage and inlet improvements. Engineer will field mark limits of work. All work is As Directed by Engineer. Scope of Work is to remove sediment and taper slopes to improve swale capacity and flow into and out of drainage systems along county roads. Work will include inlet repair and reconstruction, inlet hand cleaning, and swale cleaning. Contractor will be required to make a PA1 call for project locations. The work performed is maintenance that require minor E.S. Controls, follow best management practices. All work is as directed by onsite engineer. All work completed in accordance with this Scope, Penn DOT Pub. 408 and Penn DOT RC Standards that apply to individual work items.
