Question Deadline 01/10/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal The Luzerne County Building and Grounds Department is soliciting proposals from prospective proposers for Elevator Service and Preventative Maintenance. The contract period is for one (1) year with a possible one (1) year extension. The anticipated contract start date of 02/01/2025. All prospective proposers must sign and return the cost proposal sheets in Appendix A-2. A list of elevator types and their locations can be found in Appendix A-1.
